CCI’s IT assessment is divided into three phases: Current Environment, Future State, and Strategy & Planning.

Assessment of the Current Environment includes an evaluation of software, hardware, and service providers
with respect to:

  • Capital and operating cost of ownership
  • Ability to fit within the technology and organizational infrastructure. 
  • In addition, we analyze organizational effectiveness and IT governance.

Assessment of the Future State establishes a vision for information technology with respect to the company’s business strategy.  The goal is to define the information architecture and the supporting technology environment needed to meet current and future business requirements.

Strategy & Planning establishes the roadmap to bridge the gap between the “Current State Environment” and the “Future State Vision”.  Included are investment analysis, business case, and high-level plans to achieve successful implementation of the vision.
